This is our business not our hoby and we rely on customers keeping their appointments . By reserving an appointment we set asside time exclusively for you. PLEASE NOTE:-We require 48 working hours notice to cancel your appointment ... Cancellations after this time will be charged for as appointments can not then be filled.(Christmas appointments not met will be charged for )
Additional charges may be applied at the groomers discretion if your pet requires extra time because of extreme matting or behavioral issues etc.
