CLIPPING:-
Used for pet trims on most breeds wishing for a shorter finish. Usual time between visits around 8 - 10 weeks depending on coat growth.
HAND STRIPPING:-
Usually for terriers , some gundogs and cross breeds with a wire coat that require the "Natural " look ( see our photo pages)This form of trimming gives terriers the correct coat ( harsh top coat and soft undercoat) It is best to do this from an early age to get the dog used to having his/her coat plucked. If done regularly this does not cause any discomfort to your pet.
Usual time between visits is 4 weeks depending on coat growth.
SCISSORING:-
When you require your dog to have more length of coat, ideal for Yorkshire Terriers, Bichons, Soft Coated Wheaten, Kerry Blue Terriers etc. plus many cross breeds.
** This for of styling will require the owner to brush their dog regularly **
Usual time between visits is around 4 - 6 weeks depending on coat growth.
MOULT TREATMENT:-
Ideal for German Shepards, Labradors, Golden Retrevers etc. This treatment reduces the shedding by upto 90%. Moult treatments are most effective done on a regular basis. Times between appointments will vary from dog to dog.
BATHING & DRYING:-All dogs are bathed in our "Hydrobath", thoroughly cleansing your pet whilst the power shower action gives him/her the benefit of massage.Dogs are dried using our proffessional dryers, either by hand or on our drying pens depending on your dogs requirements.
NAILS, EARS & EYES:-
All the above are included when your pet has a full bath and trim, however these services are also available individually, please contact us for more details.
